Krystal, VA

Krystal has been working as a dedicated veterinary assistant since 2019, fueled by her passion for animal care and a natural talent for keeping even the feistiest four-legged patients calm and cared for. That passion has also inspired her to further her education with the goal of becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the future, continuing to grow her skills and deepen her impact in the field.

In May 2025, she traded the cozy charm of her hometown, Sedro-Woolley, WA, for the bustling, adventure-filled energy of Vancouver, WA—bringing along her beloved feline child, Margaret (affectionately nicknamed Maggot), who happily rules the household, alongside her two sweet German Shepherds, Shilo and NiNi, who keep life playful and full of love.

In July 2025, Krystal proudly joined the Feline Medical Team, where her love for cats truly shines—especially when it comes to the spirited, sassy personalities or the gentle, golden-hearted geriatrics. She’s passionate about creating a space that both cats and their parents can feel comfortable and supported in, making each visit a little less stressful and a lot more meaningful.

When she’s not in scrubs, Krystal can be found chasing adventure: carving down snowy slopes on her snowboard, gliding across the water on a paddleboard, trekking new trails on a hike, or hopping on a plane to discover new places. She thrives on balancing her love for animals with her love for the outdoors, always seeking new ways to live boldly, laugh often, and soak in the best that life (and the Pacific Northwest) has to offer.
