Koda (they/them), VA

Koda has a long history of animal care including pet sitting, doggy daycare, and working at a wildcat sanctuary. They have worked in the veterinary field since 2021 including veterinary ER and general practice. Koda is passionate about fear free and cooperative care, and loves sharing what they know with other pet parents.

They have an extra soft spot for the spicy and sassy kitties who come to see us.

Outside of the clinic – Koda plays roller derby several days a week, and loves to play video games like Stardew Valley with their fiancé. They enjoy spending time at home with their own menagerie which includes 3 cats, 2 dogs, 3 snakes, a bearded dragon, and blue beetles.
