Brittney is our dedicated Lead Customer Service Representative, bringing over 5 years of experience in patient and client care. She helps oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring every feline and their human family receive warm, informed, and efficient service from the moment they walk through the door. At home, she is a devoted cat mom to Sushi, Shrimp, and Walter—and balances her feline family with raising her spirited teenage daughter. When she’s off the clock, you’ll often find her curled up with her cats and a good book or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
