Veterinary Assistant

We are currently expanding our Veterinary Assistant team. This is a part-time position.
Applicant must be available for all hours and days the clinic is open, as well as occasional Sundays and holidays. The schedule is established monthly but open availability is necessary due to the hours and shifts varying weekly.
Veterinary assistants work hands on with cats of all dispositions. As part of their many duties, they assist the doctors and technicians with exams and treatments, keep the hospital clean and communicate with clients.
Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and must have a high school diploma or equivalent to qualify for this position.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

A current license in good standing for a licensed veterinary technician is needed but new graduates of a veterinary technician program are welcome!
We are looking for an individual who has work experience with all of the following: performing venipuncture, taking blood pressures, doing dental cleanings, imaging, assisting with surgeries, monitoring vital signs, providing nursing care, giving vaccines, and presenting client education.
